Travel IMCU Registered Nurse - $2,865 per week

About the role
Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) registered nurse (RN) position providing critical care and sedation management during neuro and angio procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring hemodynamics, managing titratable drips, and supervising patient recovery in a dynamic environment with varied shift times, including on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Monitor hemodynamics and manage titratable drips
- Supervise patient recovery post-procedures
- Start IVs and perform blood draws
- Monitor post-sedation patients
- Complete flowsheets and review medications
- Provide discharge instructions
- On-call duties: one weeknight and one weekend every 4th or 5th week (no guaranteed hours, OT after 40 hours)
Requirements
- RN licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIH (National Institute of Health) certification
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
- Neuro experience preferred
- Professional profile (Munson Profile) and two professional references required for submission
Schedule
- Dayshift, 9-hour shifts (0700 - 1600 and/or 0730 - 1700)
- Monday through Friday
- Minimum 36 hours per week
Pay
Pay package based on 9-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
