Travel IMCU Registered Nurse - $2,290 per week

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: WI Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), at least 2 years of experience, including Stepdown/Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, Ventilator/Trach experience required, minimum of 2 prior travel experiences, preferred ICU and trauma level II experience, charting experience with EPIC preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
• Float: All inpatient units, as needed. Typically will float to higher acuity units

About the Role

The Intermediate Care Unit is a stable, weaning ventilator and trach unit with diverse patient cases including sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke. The primary patient ratio is 4:1. The role demands a hardworking, resilient candidate capable of managing change independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

WI Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, including Stepdown/Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• Minimum of 2 prior travel experiences, preferred ICU and trauma level II experience
• Charting experience with EPIC preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
