Responsibilities
- Assess patients' individual needs by collecting data such as temperature, blood pressure, and pain levels.
- Perform physician-prescribed treatments and effectively communicate with patients, families, and physicians, advocating for the patient.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of managing serious conditions like diabetes, electrolyte imbalances, renal and liver failure, sepsis, respiratory issues, and multi-system organ failure.
- Strong assessment, communication, and advocacy skills are essential.
