Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients who require close monitoring but are not in critical condition
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and recovery through attentive care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and treatment
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Experience in intermediate or step-down care preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and compassion for patient needs
