Travel ICU RN ( Registered Nurse)

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a strong, detail-driven ICU Travel Nurse for an exciting opportunity in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Manage ventilators, high-flow oxygen, and BiPAP systems
• Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms
• Apply the ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to IMC as needed
• Document using the MedHost EMR system

Requirements

• Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact)
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Strong skills in rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, and critical thinking
• Comfort managing patients with advanced disease processes
• Willingness to work night shifts and float between units as needed

Preferred Experience

• Cardiac background, especially with IABP and Impella
• CRRT competency
• TNCC certification
• Familiarity with MedHost EMR
