Position Information
Start: ASAP
13 weeks, with a minimum of 1 plus year experience.
Shift options: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 3x12s
Requirements: Perm address 50+mi from facility.
Requirements
- ACLS, BLS required
- Cerner experience preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a multispecialty operating room or as a travel nurse
- Strong expertise in Orthopedic and C-Section procedures
- Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Must be proficient in both circulating and scrubbing roles
Responsibilities
- Perform both circulating and scrub nurse duties as needed in the operating room
- Assist in preparing the operating room, ensuring sterile technique and proper equipment setup
- Monitor and support patients throughout the surgical procedure
- Collaborate with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of intraoperative care and adhere to hospital policies and protocols
