About the role

This role involves leading nursing operations to ensure quality patient care, safety, and hospital efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff
• Manage patient flow during admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate crisis management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Resolve conflicts among staff and between departments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee emergency preparedness and disaster response planning

Requirements

• Minimum one year of recent RN House Supervisor experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
