About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure patient safety, and promote quality care during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate their activities
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient admissions and discharges
- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent RN House Supervisor experience
- A valid RN license
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, and others are preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records and regulatory compliance
