Travel Hospice RN - $2,590 per week

About the Role

Provide end-of-life care to adult patients on a hospice unit in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care and adherence to established clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of one nurse to six patients
• Perform charting in Epic
• Conduct "start of care," recertifications, and daily visits
• Provide nursing care for adult patients at the end of life

Schedule

• Shift begins at 5:45 PM and ends at 6:15 AM
• 12-hour night shifts, three days per week
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-of-life care within a hospice setting

Additional Details

• No floating, call, or standby duties are required
• Scrubs are the dress code
• Orientation specific to hospice care is provided
• Charting system used is Epic
