Travel Hospice RN - $2,096 per week

PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice Palliative Care RN for a travel nursing job in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and palliative care services to patients and families.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience in hospice and/or palliative care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
