Responsibilities

• Provide care for terminally ill patients.
• Assess a patient's situation and detect changes in symptoms, health or pain.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide post-mortem support.
• Help relatives cope with the upcoming loss.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Accredited nursing program degree
• BLS Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Hospice setting
