About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice Palliative Care RN for a 13-week assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice palliative care services to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Document all interactions and treatments accurately

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN
