Travel Hospice RN - $2,160 per week

About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice Palliative Care RN for a 13-week assignment starting July 6, 2026. This position requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and is available on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice palliative care services to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of recent hospice experience
• Current RN license in good standing
• Knowledge of hospice palliative care principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
