Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in their homes
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and families

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or related clinical settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
