Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Tillamook, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.
• Experience working in home health settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations within Oregon.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
