About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract starting ASAP in Mount Angel, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services in patients' homes
- Adhere to established treatment plans and goals
- Document patient progress in an electronic health record system (EPIC)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License
Qualifications
- Prefer candidates with experience in home health settings
- Proficiency in using EPIC electronic health record system
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and procedures
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,572.00
Schedule
24 hours per week, 8 hours shift
