About the role

The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy services in Dayton, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and progress assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Experience in home health settings preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
