Travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist - $2,420 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current California State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in home health settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel independently

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Praxis II exam
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and home health guidelines
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
