About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Tacoma, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in home health settings
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Adhere to state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington
- Experience in home health settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam
- Valid CPR certification
