Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
• Experience in providing home health care services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to travel up to 100 days within a 13-week period.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
