A Travel Speech Language Pathologist is needed in Tacoma, WA. This Speech Language Pathologist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Home Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language therapy services in home health settings
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to home health care
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assess patients' communication and swallowing disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and consultations as necessary

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Washington
• Experience in home health care setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel to various locations within the state of Washington

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent
• Current CPR certification

Pay
