Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Hawaii
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Previous OASIS experience
• Experience with a Medicare Certified Agency (required for home health contracts)
