Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Contract Details: $2,344 – $2,535 per week, paid by the hour (not by the visit). The Speech Language Pathologist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients. Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency.

Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Oregon
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,344 – $2,535 per week. Paid by the hour, not by the visit. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience.

8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. 13-week contract duration.
