Travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist - $1,926 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Albemarle, North Carolina and the surrounding areas. This role requires previous OASIS experience and offers the opportunity to work with top healthcare facilities across the country.

About the Role

This is a travel contract position with the following details:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel
• Designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
• Paid by the hour – not by the visit
• Previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency is required

Responsibilities

• Provide home health speech-language pathology services
• Experience with computer charting

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• 6 months of previous home health care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Pay

$1,740 - $1,926 per week
