Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathology services in home health settings
• Work with a designated territory and set patient caseload
• Perform computer-based charting

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Kentucky
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• 6 months of previous home health care experience
• Previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$1,700 - $1,866 per week, paid by the hour (not by visit). Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
