Travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist - $1,866 per week

Job Description & Requirements

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Speech Language Pathologists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Bardstown, Kentucky and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Kentucky.
• CPR Certified or able to obtain.
• Previous experience with Computer Charting.
• Six months of previous Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Contract Details

• $1,700 - $1,866 per week*
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit.
• Speech Language Pathologist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients.
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency.
