Travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist - $1,783 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Speech Language Pathologists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Thomasville, Georgia and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathology services in a home health setting
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Travel within a designated territory to visit patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Georgia
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience with a Medicare Certified Agency preferred

Pay

• $1,600 - $1,783 per week
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours
