About the role

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Home Health Registered Nurse in Sandwich, MA. The assignment is 13 weeks long, starting on 10/19/2026, with a day shift schedule of five 8‑hour shifts (07:00‑15:00). You will work in a home health setting using the HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis charting systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of facility experience
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis charting systems
• Home Health facility type
