About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13 week contract in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and treatments.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- 1 year full time PTA Home Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PAX exam.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols.

Pay
Pay Rate Range: $49.50 - $58.50 Pay Rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hour shift.
