About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13 week contract in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient positioning, mobility, and equipment setup.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately according to facility policies.
Requirements
- 1 year full time PTA Home Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
Pay Rate Range: $49.50 - $58.50 Pay Rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
