Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Columbia, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2+ years of recent experience in rehabilitation.
• Must hold a current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Must be available for a 40-hour workweek, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
