About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in home health setting preferred

Pay
