Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,917 per week

About the role

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients in a home health setting, focusing on achieving optimal patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assist in developing treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Homecare Homebase charting system.
• Engage in 1:1 treatments, managing a caseload of 7-10 patient visits per day.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in home health.
• Current TN license or compact license required.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase charting preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required; first-time travelers are accepted.
• A year of experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
