Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,539 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

About the Role

You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining mobility and managing pain under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide home health physical therapy services as required by the assignment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Home health experience required.

• Lake Ponca within the city offers boating, fishing, and trails.
• Kaw Lake, about 20 miles east, provides additional waterfront recreation.
• The Marland Estate and the Pioneer Woman Museum are located in Ponca City.
• Downtown Oklahoma City is about 100 miles south for weekend trips and larger entertainment options.
• Access to U.S. Route 77 and U.S. Route 60.
• Wichita, Kansas, is roughly 70 miles north for additional dining, shopping, and air travel connections.

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
