Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care in the home setting
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in a related field preferred

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
