Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,550 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living.
• Help patients maintain or improve their physical function and strength.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and devices.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
