About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Clackamas, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Help patients prepare for therapy sessions and maintain their home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in a home health setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of home health care practices and procedures.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, with potential for extended duration.
