Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,660 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing therapy services under their supervision.
• Perform tasks such as positioning patients, administering treatments, and assisting with mobility exercises.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in a home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and devices.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
