About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Portage, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Michigan
- Experience in a home health setting preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PN or current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a physical therapy assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
