About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 16, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living.
- Help patients maintain or improve their physical function and strength.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
