Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,650 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises, treatments, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Ohio.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a home health setting.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
