Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,650 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing therapy services
• Perform tasks such as assisting patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience in a home health setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field preferred
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
