About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Portland, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform tasks such as moving patients, setting up equipment, and documenting patient progress
- Provide support in administering treatments and therapies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in home health or related field preferred
Qualifications
- PTA certification from a nationally accredited program
- Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
