About the role
We are seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in Clovis, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy to patients in a home health setting.
- Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse patient needs.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
