About the role

A Travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed for 13 weeks in Redding, CA. The position is for 40 hours per week and 8 hours per shift. Pay is $3246 per week, subject to adjustment based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in home health settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
