Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting

Requirements

• Current Louisiana Physical Therapist License / Certification
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
• Monday through Friday

Pay

• $2,060 – $2,246 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
