Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Lakewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid NJ License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of NJ.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
