Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Roseburg, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience in Home Health or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient in computer software used for documentation.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Schedule

Shift: 8 hours.
