American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Morehead City, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes.
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments.
- Create and manage individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a PT.
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina licensure.
Qualifications
- Local candidates only – travel stipend not available, Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available.

Pay
Pay Range: $2,717.20 - $2,853.06 weekly.
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
40 Hours per week, 8-Hour Days.
