Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,793 per week

American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, performing skilled assessments and creating individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Conduct exercises and mobility techniques, ensuring compliance with documentation standards like OASIS/HBHC.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience as a PT.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Experience with OASIS/HBHC documentation.
• Willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure if outside NC.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $2,643.60 - 2,775.78 weekly. A tax-free stipend will be determined based on the contract length.
